Complimentary Valet Parking is available for Polaris guests. Please Valet at the hotel Front Drive. Parking will be validated for up to 2 hours.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Upon completing a reservation, guests will receive a secured link via OpenTable and required to add a credit card to the confirm the booking. 

Polaris has a no-show/24-hour cancellation policy. Guests who do not arrive for their reservation or cancel within 24 hours will be charged $25 per person.

All reservations have a 15-minute grace period. If after this time, we have not been contacted or informed of any delay, the reservation will be charged $25 per person.

Your Polaris reservation seating time is for 2 hours and begins at the booked start time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please know our menu is adult oriented. We do not offer a children's menu.

Polaris serves our guests a unique, chef-driven, locally sourced menu that updates seasonally. Outside food is not allowed. 

Polaris has an outstanding wine selection, but guests may elect to bring their own wine for a $50 per bottle corkage fee.

We encourage celebrations! Please let us know if you are joining us for a special occasion. Outside cakes or treats are not allowed. Balloons are welcome (but should not affect other guests)!
